  ok can I start? if I can give them 0 starts they would of got it, 1st of all JJ is complete BS and he is a liar, if he tries to talk over you that means he lying, he wanted to argue with me knowing I'm a customer, he very disrespectful, I got a couch and not even a month later I was sinking in and the threads were coming out like really a month tho? so when I asked for new couch he refused to replace them for a different set. like if I'm having an issue now and it was not a full month so think about what will happen within 2-3 months. JJ said he will fix one side of the couch and not the other side! mind you each side will look different so why in the hell would I do that ? this is the 2nd item I got from them. I NEVER missed a payment,even paid off my bedroom set early. iv been a great loyal customer to them but JJ wanna act like a damn child and don't know how he treat a good paying customer soi had them pick up the couch and we went to showplace where we got PERFECT SERVICE a great price and better couches so I repeat don't go here for to showplace rent to own because JJ will pay you like you a lame talk to you like your his damn child and refused to give me a corporates phone number he said they will tell me the same thing smh this is a very sad man and honestly I don't know why JJ is even the manager, so again don't go here you better off going to showplace or rent a center or a damn goodwill.

  They absoulety succ their customer service is garbage and they lie about everything and try to get over on you i advise everyone not to go to aarons on morse rd they will finesse you out your money your better off goin to showdown or something for real paul the ass manager or what ever you wanna call him is a complete prick and a liar to
