  The price was very good and Fran was very helpful with the details. The service was good and the technicians did a great job! Enjoyed meeting Fran. I love my granite!

  0 Stars!!! We had granite installed and the techs disconnected our faucet and everything. They told us not to put anything on the granite or mess with it for 24 hours because it had just been sealed. So we were waiting out the 24 hours to have the new faucet installed. Well...less than 24 hours later I hear a fizzing sound and look under the sink to see water spraying out everywhere. I ran to the basement to turn of the water to the house and the basement ceiling had caved in and our finished basement completely flooded!!! Okay, accidents happen. So even though I'm freaking out I think this company will take care of something they should be liable for. Nope! Fran tried to say we must have bumped the pipe under the sink even though we had not even opened the cabinet until I heard the water. We went through our insurance and they tried to get reimbursement from Affordable Granite's liability insurance and they said it was not their fault!!! Not to mention the fact that our granite has a chip in it and I cannot get Fran to return my calls or emails after she said they would come out to fix it. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!
