In two years the level of service has declined drastically. My bridesmaids were coming in from out of town to help select their dresses. We walked into Alan Ray, and the representative didn't smile or welcome us. She asked us what we needed, and then shooed us to the bridesmaid selection. We took our business elsewhere. Very disappointed in the service and selection.
