  I will never buy from this company again they are over 16 weeks out on my custom jewelry and its a 8-12 week process. The staff seems to avoid its customers that spends thousands of dollars at there store and waits 2+ weeks to return your phone call. First mistake they forgot to charge me tax. Rather than eating it when we went in the staff added $200 to our bill and now this. I've tried over and over again to get ahold of the district manager with no response. The store employees simply seem to have forgotten to order one of our rings like its no big deal. Hopefully someone reads this and it will help in your big purchase just don't expect help from the staff when they make multiple mistakes. I will buy future jewelry from someone else! Also please don't suggest I call customer service as i've already done that several times with no response or returned calls completely disgusted with this entire experience from this company!
