Their only wayfinding system is to "stand behind the guy in the grey jacket at that one table." You only get "maybe this will work" diagnostics by people who probably go to college with you, and have to return five times because they have claimed to fix a problem. (A simple start up would have told you it's still broken.) I only bought Apple because my school recommended it. Never again
