  Had a horrible experience at this store where one of their employees was very rude and clearly didn't care. This guy needs a basic training in handling customers and keeping his anger in check. There were no clear instructions on where to sit once we get an appointment time. Needs a better process. There is a sense of confusion in the place. They need to either number their tables or clearly put a placard or sign on the table saying technical etc etc. so their employees can guide customers better and more clearly to the appropriate table on crowded days. The only saving grace was the manager who was really sweet and listened to my concerns and worked to fix it. Also a special mention to Aarti who was very professional and sweet and helpful. The one star is purely for the manager and the wonderful girl.

  This is situated inside the mall. Visited couple of times and both the time had good experience. Nice staff and good response to the questions and was helpful. However personally didn't like the product I bought and returned it. No questions asked and helped it through the whole process.
