I had spent a great deal of time looking for new furniture online this past year. I spoke with several friends about their own purchases and I started researching online different types of materials and manufacturer's. Then last fall my boyfriend purchased a new living room suit and I really liked the quality in the look. Everything seemed really well-made and I simply assumed he paid an arm and a leg for it. Then when he told me he purchased it from Ashley Furniture and the price he paid and I was impressed. I started looking online with them as well. I and one to read reviews and I mean a lot of reviews before I will purchase something. Definitely not an Impulse buyer. After a while I began looking at several retailers and examining the furniture up close and really getting a feel for what I like. I spent hours and hours at other furniture stores and I have to say I didn't go into Ashley until last. I should have started there. Their quality seems so much better and honestly their price to. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase and Ruben my sales guy was top notch. He was polite courteous not overly pushy and he helped me get what I wanted at a price I thought was great not just fair. He and his sales manager where great team and I'm sure I'll be back to purchase more from them in the future.

I made it through the entire store without anyone noticing because they were on their phones. I was fine with this and didn’t mind just looking by myself. When I left the man at the counter asked, “Have you been helped?” I replied, “No, nobody saw me, but that’s fine.” Then he asked in an annoyed tone “Well, do you have any questions?” I replied, “No, I’m fine” and left. Then, when I was walking out to my car I saw the man standing menacingly in the doorway staring at me. I didn’t really mind the service, but if you’re the type of person that wants help in a furniture store when you go shopping, don’t go here! They all were either looking at or talking on their phones. Also don’t shop here if you decide not to buy something because apparently they’ll follow you out the store and stare at you!
