  I would have given more than five start if it was possible. I purchased a car battery about 2 and a half years ago from B+B when I lived in Oregon. The battery had worn out to the point it did not start the car on cold mornings. I called the store a day earlier and the store manage pulled my purchase info from the Oregon store. I came in a day later and had the battery tested and replaced for free under warranty in less than 20 minutes. The store manager Ron and the staff were courteous and professional. I am very happy with the service, and the purchase I made 2.5 years ago.
