  My husband and I had wonderful experience with Big Sandy Superstore Polaris. Big Sandy has the BEST deals on appliances in all of Columbus!! Greg Jackson was our sales agent and he was funny, kind, and non-pushy. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and everything we needed for our new home. Greg patiently answered all the questions we had and stayed in touch with us even after the sale. We ordered kitchen appliances and washer and dryer pair. Delivery was right on time within the first 10 minutes of our delivery window. The only issue we had was with a damaged washer but Big Sandy sent a brand new replacement two days later. We simply called customer service and they took care of it.

  Great experience! Drew stayed with us through the process from start to finish. We text or called all times of the day and Drew was prompt to reply. A long four month process in waiting for our house to built. We will always buy our appliances from Drew. Although we didn’t have the time invested with our furniture guy that helped us purchase our tables, and our mattress guy Scott was also great. My fiancé was very pleased with our interactions with each Big Sandy’s owner. We will recommend our family and friends to Drew, Scott and the Big Sandy’s team. Thank you
