  RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! Guess it's in the training provided, as Melinda is new to the team & already taken on that trait! I went to the window at around 6:30m & she turned her back. I pushed the button on the speaker box & ask her if she could assist Me. She didn't want to assist Me at the window & ask that I come into the store. I ask was the drawer broken, so that she couldn't assist Me? Then she made 10 other excuses, none a valid reason as to why I couldn't pay at the window, that we were both currently standing- a valid point of purchase. Finally after about eight minutes of going back & forth, she processed my purchase. Whatever happened to "the customer- you know, the one that is there to make a purchase, so you can get a paycheck- is always right??" Wasn't in any violation of the employee, customers nor the interior/ exterior property, all I wanted was a pack of cigarettes! A two minute transaction turned into a 10 minute transaction! Even though this BP has been a convenience for many years, I WILL NO LONGER GIVE THEM A PENNY & plan to have a voice at my next community association meeting about this mornings matter & other incidents I've observed, but have been mute. It's time to change the culture from RUDE to CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!!
