  I just called this place and a lady probably named "Nancy" answered, like in the TV commercial. I was going to try to describe what it was that I was shopping for, since I didn't know what it was called. She kept asking what the name of it was. I said I don't know and I would like to describe it to see if she carried it or not. She said unless I could tell her the name of it she couldn't help me, and sounded like she couldn't care any less that I laughed and hung up. Amazing that people like this stay in business....
