I was told by the gentleman working that the person who handles repairs had been hit with the flu and was out of the office. He was unable to tell me how long it would take to be fixed. Reluctant, I left it in their care. They provided my quote to me on Friday and called me Saturday to pick it up. Very reasonable pricing and fixed it in house, which is fantastic!! Happy I took it to them, and happy of the service regardless of their unforseen circumstances.
