  There's a good reason why Ben has all 5 star reviews. This is the best customer service I have ever received. I literally just moved to Columbus from California, hadn't even been here a day, and needed a mattress that night. He helped me even though it was past closing and offered free same day delivery. He even threw in free sheets and a mattress protector! Even if he hadn't, his prices are so low that a nicer name brand mattress here with sheets and a protecter costs way less than a store brand "cheap" one at mattress firm. Ben also takes great care to find the perfect mattress for you. He's not there to upsell you on a fancier model like other salesmen. I have a guest room that will need a bed in the future and I can't imagine going to anyone else. I highly recommend him to anyone considering buying a bed.
