  I had a horrible experience at this Coach store! I received a pair of sunglasses and a $400 purse as a present and went to the store to exchange or return it. Tim, the seller, accused me of wearing the sunglasses after not even 30 seconds of examining the item. He was rude, did not even asked if I used the sunglasses, but he immediately assumed they were used. I did not return the purse at the moment because I needed my friend's credit card, but I had the purse checked and passed by Tim as unworn item. He wrapped it in paper and sealed it until my friend was able to return it. A few days later, my friend returned the purse and was accused by the same employee of the same thing....the merchandise has been used! Didn't Tim, the manager/employee inspected the purse a few days before and sealed it? He did not mention anything about being used. I never had to deal with anything like it! I personally know, I did not use those sunglasses nor the purse....meaning the store sells used items from previous customers and upon exchange or return the new customers are accused of using those items. Poor customer service and disrespectful employees that make unfounded accusations. Very sad and disappointed! Next time we will spend money on other brands, definitely not Coach ....

  I bought a bag from The Coach store at Polaris. Kyle helped me with my purchase. He is an amazing sales person...very personable, patient, a great listener and not pushy with sales. He gave me undivided attention and I never felt rushed even once. He wanted me to be happy and satisfied with what I bought. Kyle is a true representation of a great salesperson and is definitely an asset to Coach. -Thanks Kyle! Shona

  I've been very pleased with my experiences at Polaris Coach. Kyle D. and Emily P. are the true definition of excellent customer service. I stopped by this past weekend and Kyle was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't buy anything; however, he showed the same attention, professionalism and assistance (researched a couple of things for me), regardless. This is why I will be back when I am ready to purchase. A couple of months ago, Emily P., store manager, took her day off and went to a different Coach store to search for color options for a monogrammed tag to match my recently purchased handbag and wallet. Wow! There was a time in recent years that I wasn't happy with Coach products and their diminishing services. However, the last couple of years, they've come back even stronger with improved quality, updated products, complementary services (will clean your handbag), and of course, the excellent customer service that I described above. I will definitely be back!
