  I needed help in my bathroom, and I wanted it simple and easy to care for. Bath Doctor did the work well and on time. I'm happy with the result, but not the payment terms. They have a note on the order form saying they'll give 12 months same as cash, but they don't mean it. I was told I would have needed to ask for that before I paid the 50% deposit. It left a bad taste in my mouth. They couldn't have mentioned that? I ended up paying the whole thing up front, and I would not recommend them because of the poor customer service of the accounting department. Word to the wise - every department matters! The guys seem to have done a good job, the bookkeeper turned me off!
