  DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. Multiple times, the pharmacists -altered my prescription so that instead of a single, one-time monthly fill (as my doctor wrote it), it was broken up into 4 weekly "auto-refills". This means having to pay a huge copay weekly, rather than the single one time (and much lower payment). My doctor had to personally call them to make them stop doing this, as it is ILLEGAL for anyone to alter the script (to change it, it needs to be canceled and a new one written BY THE PHYSICIAN). They also altered prescriptions when my insurance wouldn't cover the entire thing, rather than asking me how I wanted to pay for them (meaning, they handed me a bottle containing half of my meds--- what the insurance would cover, but still expected me to pay the entire copay as if it were the full script, instead of asking if I either wanted to keep it, re-shelve it or pay out of pocket). I am not sure what they were trying to accomplish doing this but it freaked me out (and also meant that I was without an absolutely necessary medication for lengths of time, having to schedule additional doctor appointments to replace the script they altered and then "lost", etc). The Korean pharmacist will pretend she cannot understand you/can't speak English when she doesn't want to answer a question. The also loudly announced information about my prescriptions/personal details in response to questions I asked regarding their suspicious, rude and confusing behavior. I could go on about the numerous shady and odd practices going on at this pharmacy, but the icing on the cake is that the pharmacy employees are all INCREDIBLY rude. I'm a chronically ill person, I do not have much energy and the last thing I need is a condescending, unhelpful pharmacist.

  I've been going to this pharmacy for years and I never had s problem with them until this week. They had one package of tamaflu and didn't have enough for my husband and I. We agreed to take a days dosage and come back the next day when the shipment came in. Before we left we found out that the shipment was coming in at noon. We than came at noon, to find out that they could only fill one prescription of tamaflu, the pharmacist said my husband only needs it once a day and doesn't need it until the next day since he was given two doses. They didn't consider what the doctor said and my husband needs to take it twice a day at that point since the night before he came down with the flu too. They never explained that not only are we having to come back, but again. It's frustrating going to a place three times in a row in a week on a good week, let alone having the flu. The lady was rude and not understanding. I'm pulling out my prescriptions and never returning.

  I've used the pharmacy as well as shopping. The pharmacy is busy but convenient. This location has a drive through pharmacy pick up. The staff is helpful and friendly.
