  We always come to this cvs, and usually the customer service is amazing! They even know my children's names! But today was very different. Today my children and I stopped in first thing to get milk. Soon as we get in, the cashier starts going off on this elderly man. I didn't hear what he had said to her but it seemed as though he had been waiting a while for assistance. She cursed and yelled at him because she had a no call no show. Even threatened to call the police because she didn't like what he said. That was not his or any of the other customers fault. I hope that the management reads this so that she can be corrected. Luckily for that poor gentleman, a nice lady came up to defend him. As an employee, I think her professionalism could really use some help, no one deserves to be talked at like that. Not to mention that her behavior rattled my children. They open at 8 and this happened around 8:30, complete bananas today. Smh
