  Called to process a corporate discount after talking with the Edible Arrangements Concierge team who gave me the number for the local Columbus store. The employee who answered the phone first said she would honor the discount, then said she didn't know anything about it and couldn't honor it because her manager wasn't there. Wouldn't offer any alternative solutions (e.g., call back at this time when my manager will be in). Immediately lost my sale.

  Wouldn't answer their phone on Valentine's Day. Called corporate, opened a case against them, still haven't answered. They are either unable to read the order and fulfill it, or they don't care about what you ordered. I placed an order for a blooming hearts bouquet for my wife, and they substituted something that was 30 dollars less without informing me or refunding me any funds.
