  I go into this family dollar quite often because I work fairly close to it...I never have a good experience there. The cashier girls are always on their phones talking to someone other than those that are trying to buy items from them. Today I went in there to buy some food and I waited for about five minutes at the register waiting for the cashier to get off of the phone. That is very poor customer service. No one needs to wait five minutes for someone especially if there is no line in front of them. I am so fed up with this family dollar and I hope that they hire some employees who can actually do their job. Maybe they get robbed all of the time because none of them pay any attention to anything other than their phones. It very easy for shop lifters to steal take stuff off of the shelves when they are not paying any attention...just saying.
