  Purchased a shower niche at the store was not told about their return policy until we tried to return it and had to pay a 30% restock fee ($29). I was told it was corporate policy and they could do nothing about it and I should contact the corporate office. When I called the corporate office I was told they do not handle those products (Schluter) and I should call the store. When I told them that the store said I needed call the corporate office, they replied that the store "passed the buck" on me. Not a customer friendly company here.

  Had a coustomer get some tile that had firing cracks in them so small you couldn't see them untill grouted. The store did the right thing and gave them all new materials. So like an emergency I had to tear it all back out, search through the new boxes of tile with a very Brite light and find enough good tile to reinstall the floor. I made their customer happy and kept their remodel on schudle. So six weeks later and they haven't paid me for taking care of the problem. One would think with bad materials the store would have taken care of the whole job and waited for corporate to pay them back. Yes we all work to pay out bills, and that becomes hard when you don't get paid in a timely manner for the work you do ! My customer is not very happy that I haven't been paid either. Sounds like she is going to America's Floor source !
