  Fernando was such a great help. I came to the store unsure of what I may be approved for. He explained all the finance programs, and the furniture product. He has great personality. And the store has awesome deals and really nice product! And my product was in stock and ready to deliver. Recommend you come see him, he has a lot of experience!!!!

  Oh my gosh! When I say I can't explain how fantastic this store is. The whole experience was just more than prefect. Hearing their wonderful advisement on the radio I decided to give Furniture Land Ohio a chance. Coming into the location I was greeted by the owners themselves. Right off the back I tell them what I'm looking for, a price to work with & that I need a speedy & easy delivery. I was shown around there wonderful gallery & they wasted no time helping me pick furniture that was exactly what I was looking for. Everything in the store was so beautiful & looked amazing. It dawn on me that anything I need household wise Furniture Land Ohio is place to come not just for me but friends & family too. The customer service when it came time to check out was very efficient & the delivery was just as great. I had the most kind & thoughtful gentleman bring & assemble everything so satisfyingly. If your looking for high quality & reasonable price with the best customer service in town don't hesitate to choose Furniture Land Ohio.

  so we started in the Polaris area, hit all the high end places there, nothing worked and really, all the furniture at all those places was identical so we had given up and furniture Land came up as a store within range. We went and found EXACTLY what we wanted, but we wnated two. No problem they ordered the other set and it arrived within a week. The staff could not have been friendlier, and made the purchase enjoyable. When the other set came in they again helped to load it and secure it. I need to say that at Morris Home, we bought a large picture, very large picture, and my husband asked if maybe someone in the back room would help load and secure it. No, in fact they have you sign a paper that they DO NOT help customers load anyting purchased in their store. Once you pay you are on your own, and do not suplly even cardboard to help protect an item to get it home. Not Furniture Land, they were hands on and GREAT. We will now hit their store first when we are shopping for furniture.
