  This is a great complex for a number of reasons. First the parking lot is spacious and almost always has room (but don't leave your car overnight on Saturdays as it will get towed). It also has one of my favorite campus bars, Suzie Cue, which has happy hour from 2-7 every day ($1.50 well drinks). It also houses Kings pizza which is great new york style greasy pizza. Suossy mart is also in this complex and it a great place to grab a quick 6-pack from their great beer selection. The complex is owned by the Xenos church and they are pretty gracious hosts.
