  SO disappointed in this store.....I dropped off my rings to get them soldered together and this is what I picked up. You cannot be serious. I know nothing about rings and anyone with eyes can see that this is NOT right. And on top of that, they don't even match up on the sides! Is this the quality that I can expect with this company? When trusting someone with such a valuable and priceless item, I would expect the utmost care. It is your responsibility to your customers to care of their priceless items. And to top off.... I was met with the worst customer service I've ever received. By the MANAGER! I was told it USUALLY goes on this way with rings and the person just must not have been paying attention. But they will file it down and I can come back when it's done tomorrow. Oh great, file down the most valuable item I own. No honest or heartfelt apology for the inconvenience. No promises that it won't devalue my ring. No offering of how they will right their wrong. Nothing. I don't know who they have working in this store, but it is definitely not anyone I'm trusting with something so valuable. I've been in retail a long time and have never seen worst service. I will not be going back to this store and will be traveling out of my way to go to a different Jareds.
