  We fell in love with a kitchen table we found on the website. We ordered the table immediately and received an email stating that shipping would be processed within a week. We are now 6 1/2 weeks from that time and still no kitchen table. We have had ZERO communication from the store. My boyfriend has placed multiple phone calls trying to be updated. The woman said it would take 4-6 weeks for us to get said table but that was never communicated to us until WE called to get information. However, they were quick to take the money out of our account before we had even gotten a shipping confirmation. We called again now, and surprise, the table is in the warehouse but the warehouse closes at 4:45. Kind of difficult for someone to get there when most people work until 5. No apologies have been made or offers to make the situation better, just excuses. I can't see myself ever shopping here again. I am so disappointed especially since they came highly recommended. This has been an awful experience UPDATE: Thank you for making the situation better by delivering and assembling the table. We are very grateful and excited to finally have our table. It's beautiful.

  This was a great experience. After remodeling our kitchen and dining room, we decided a bigger table was needed for our family, and on a whim (face book ad) we were directed to Kitchen Tables and more. There selection is fairly good with tables small and large and a variety of colors and finishes. Pricepoint was very good compared to other table type furniture stores ( they do cost more than the average Large chain store kitchen table, but you are getting a better product). Lastly, the staff was helpful and kind, quickly answering our questions, giving us time to converse, and paying attention to things that caught our eye so they could further assist us. I would highly recommend this store for you kitchen table and seating needs.
