  I live in Powell, Ohio and took a trip to The Outdoor Source in Upper Arlington because I heard about the Gear Sale and wanted to be able to take my boyfriend to check it out. The staff was very nice and made sure we didn't need any help or had questions multiple times.  I really enjoyed that there was a girl working, Mary was her name I believe, as I never know what works best in different jackets and such for men.  She was very helpful when it came to making sure we knew what we were getting.  I know asking men about fit, size and underwear can be a bit uncomfortable. As a woman, getting feedback from another woman made the experience much better! When jackets didn't fit the right way she brought other options to the dressing room which was super helpful so I didn't have to go and search and feel lost in an area I don't know.  At the end, she explained the events the store hosted and signed us up for the membership so we could receive further updates on sales and events since we are not familiar with Upper Arlington.  I will be recommending this store to my friends and family! I know that we will be coming back in the near future! The shop was very well organized and clean.  The staff is very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

  We use to love this store, but not anymore. We tried to go to their Polaris location last week to use our reward that we earned. It was closed down. Called them today and they said the $100 reward expired yesterday and we are out of luck. Wow! What great customer service when there are so many competitors to choose from. I hope it was worth losing our business over.
