  I have recently had two terrible experiences with this store. The worse, by far, was the Halloween season. I took my daughters, 3 and 6, to pick out costumes. They were both well behaved but my 3 year old was being indecisive. She was feeling overwhelmed with all the options and couldn't decided. The employee kept making very inappropriate comments about costumes sexualizing little girls and how I should really let them pick out boy costumes. If she had just paid attention she would have realized that let my children pick out whatever they want to be (my oldest was a ghost buster). Finally my 3 year old pick a pirate. The employee said, loudly and in front of my daughters, "this is why I don't have kids. I would have kicked her by now" it took everything in me to walk away and not to make and scene. Today I called to place an order for balloons for my son's first birthday. The employee on the phone gave me vague answers like "how big are your letter balloons? " to which i got "I don't know may 2 or 3 feet." I asked if it was possible to place an order over the phone and she said that I couldn't but it should be fine if i just come in tomorrow. I asked what time they open and she said "I honestly don't know but you can find out online. " I cannot handle stores with ill trained employees. Common sense would say ask someone....or maybe don't offend small children right in front of them and their parents. I will never go back to this store.

  I always go to this one even though there are more in town because it seems to always have a larger selection equal to online. For instance the one on sawmill rd did not carry dc hero girls items.
