  Restoration Hardware has become completely corporate. Don't come here if you are expecting customer service. If you have a problem or a concern it doesn't matter because there are dozens of other customers just like you. They don't care about giving good customer service to a person who purchases a "small" item like bedsheets. I guess they don't know that at some time, a small purchase can turn into a much larger purchase, like furniture. I will never return to this store.
