  The car wash malfunctioned and didn't wash my car. I went inside for a refund, only to be told by Roger, the senior attendant on duty, that he could not issue a refund because I had received a .55 discount on gas when I purchased the $8 car wash. I did some simple math and asked him to just refund $7.45 to my credit card. He reiterated that he could not do so. He said "the boss" would have to handle it. This person apparently had the day off. He did offer to restart the car wash, except he could not find the key. So now I have to call someone named Angie tomorrow to get my refund. Seriously? Please train your people to handle basic customer service transactions! If you can't give them the authority to issue refunds, then have a supervisor on duty. Oh - and teach them how to maintain the car wash, including where to store the key.

  If you don't have to get gas right this second, don't come here. The cashier's are always in a bad mood, air pump is always broken. The car wash scratched up my car and the 24 hour attached subway made me sick...
