  I have to say, these past few days have been rough trying to fix my shower. I thought it would be a simple fix, but it turned out that Home Depot, Lowes and Rousch did not have any of the parts that would work on my Delta shower handle. I googled Delta parts in Columbus, and called the first company that showed up, who actually told me to call these guys. Boy am I glad I did. They had a bonnet nut that nobody else local had. The next day, I realized the handle that is made for Delta showers that I got from Home Depot did not work either. I took the old handle in to Southard and asked if they had it, and the guy didn't even need to think about it. He walked back and got the exact part for me. Price wise, the replacement handle's at Home Depot and Lowes were around $40 a piece, where Southard had the actual Delta part for $19. The bonnet nut was cheaper than Amazon had it for as well. If I ever need any type of plumbing supply, this place is worth driving past the competitors to get to.
