  Brian scott is very incompetent and what's worse is that he lacks customer service skills. Please beware of this stores. They will lie to you. Please note sprint does hard inquiries. Brain scott will try to convince you that it does soft credit inquiries.

  Watch out, because they will take advantage of you! Was told that I was purchasing $250 worth of accessories, but was charged $450. I was having issues with Sprint's insurance company & the store manager told me that he would credit my account $250, but only did a $200 credit. I was told by him that he would call back, but never did. Rip off!
