  I went in Dec 7th to return my leased IPhone 6 plus and upgrade to a new phone. The employee received my iPhone 6 plus and ordered the new phone. I was quoted 4-7 days, but it ended up taking 2 weeks. Not the end of the world, but annoying. When I went in to pick up my new phone, they asked me if I wanted to trade in my old iPhone. When I mentioned that I did on Dec 7th the manager explained to me that it isn't their policy to take a phone in prior to giving the customer their new phone. They couldn't physically find it in their store, and the phone was never logged into their system. When the manager asked the employee that I dealt with initially on Dec 7th if I gave her an IPhone, She said I never did and that she wouldn't do that. Essentially, she took my phone, never processed it in sprints system and stole it. After arguing, the manager stated that Sprint would eat the cost of the missing phone. Advice, make sure you get everything in writing and request proof of handing in any devices.
