  Two recent experiences - the first was ok, but the customer service in the second ended badly enough to justify the one star rating, like several other reviews I've seen here. I took advantage of a buy-out program for my son's phone - the way the sales associate (Ivy) described in my first visit was completely different than the store manager (Brandon) when I came to pick up the phones I had ordered. Basically, he said my son's old phone could not leave the store since he had switched my service from Verizon at that point. I said that my son had not yet gotten everything off his old phone yet, since we were told we could turn it in at a later point. His attitude was that it was unfortunate that Ivy gave me incorrect information but that really wasn't his problem...

  Staff is extremely helpful and always willing to install things on my phone for me. I went in to get replacement protection glass for my screen and they put it on for me and even gave me a finger holding gadget for the back of my phone, FREE! I’ve been wanting to try one for better holding stability so it was the perfect addition to my purchase. Manager on duty was very professional and staff was very nice. Thanks Sprint store!
