  People here are just dumber than a sack of potatoes, and that's me keeping it G rated. Called them twice to make sure they had the phone I wanted in told them to a T, oh yeah we got it. Then they have to jump thru hoops to get it switched one lady says oh you can't upgrade for what ever reason she thought, manager say oh no they did it that way so he can and not put money down. Go thru a bunch more bs to have them tell me, One. Oh we don't have it they're going to have to ship it to you, after just calling twice to make sure they had it, Two. I have to pay $100 down payment because of the phone I wanted. Just ignorant, unknowledgeable, but also they're system is a joke and it's half to blame, T Mobile just a joke over all.

  A+ location! I stopped in this store while traveling out-of-town for Father's Day weekend for technical assistance with my phone. The young lady who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful in testing my phone for problems, explaining the problem and the various warranty replacement options, and calling a few other stores in my hometown to check stock for replacement devices. If I lived in Columbus this would be my T-Mobile store of choice!!

  Bought a new phone and the staff helped me transfer all my info from the old one. I probably could have but I needed a new sim, so why not let them do it.
