  Went to do a warranty exchange. Was talked into switching to a plan that was not explained whatsoever and to pick a cheap phone. After having it a few hours I could not stand it. Took it back next day to do the original warranty exchange that T-Mobile said I could do, and was told we could not because of some slight scratches that had nothing to deal with the issue I had with the phone. I then wanted to buy outright the phone I originally had but they had none in stock even though they have it up for display. I then wanted to see if i could just buy the phone in full that they sent for the warranty... But apparently you can't do they either for some reason. After being with T-Mobile for a couple years, and always having constant issues with their customer service.. I will be switching carriers
