  This place has pathetic customer service. Bought twice from them and both of the time they delivered defective product. For the second purchase, to get them to service the defective product was a nightmare. They won't respond and I have to go to the store to every time to get anything done. They will say that they will address my concerns and contact me next business day. The next business day contact will never happen and I will have to visit them again. It's been more than a month and they still haven't addressed my issue. Will never buy from them again even though, admittedly, they have a good collection at a decent price.
