  I had been with my previous carrier for over 20 years and wanted to stop in and see what Verizon had to offer. The representative I spoke with was very professional and kind and took my needs into consideration when he explained a plan and devices that would fit my needs. I was very happy with the level of professionalism that he showed throughout the whole process. It’s hard to find people who invest a lot of time and energy to tailor solutions for their customers but this place is full of them. Would definitely recommend a visit here for all Verizon needs.

  This store was amazing. We stopped in around 7 pm on a Thursday night. We were greeted right away. Colton Low was our salesman and he was great. He spent over an hour with us helping to make sure I got the right phone for me and the best deal. He also helped my boyfriend with some issues that he had with his new phone (which was purchased from a store closer to us where he had a bad experience). Overall I'm loving my new phone and I really appreciate the help that the people at the Sawmill location have always provided. Thank you so much!

  I came to this store to purchase a gift card. When I walked in, I was advised that they had a wait, which is no problem. After a few minutes I approached a lady who didn't look like she was dressed for work but was working just to ask if they have gift cards so that I don't have to wait for nothing. She told me that they did and that she could help, but she wasn't supposed to be in today. I declined her help as I understood her wanting to leave. However, after I had been there for around 20 minutes she went home (being in a customer facing position, if I were in her shoes and that customer who just wanted to buy a gift card was still standing there, I would have helped). As I stood there, I heard a salesman coaching a young couple on a survey call they would be receiving and advised them that, "Giving me 'Excellent' on every question will allow me to keep giving excellent service like I've given you." This is BS. Anything less than 'Excellent' on every question hurts his paycheck. I left at around the 20 minute mark. On a side note, i went to Best Buy yesterday to upgrade a phone on one of my lines. They were swamped and I had to call Verizon due to an issue with my account PIN number while I was there, yet I still managed to walk in, be greeted, make the call, make the purchase and leave in around 15 minutes. I will make all of my Verizon transactions here from now on (their phone prices were better, too).

  In making a purchase on Black Friday 2017, we found out 60 days later that we were lied to by both the initial representative and the manager of this location. While waiting for our refund and receiving condescending remarks from the store manager, I called the main Verizon headquarters and found out they are not an "official" Verizon store. The sign should really be "Cellular Sales for Verizon." Verizon was very apologetic for the treatment and false information. I received my refund immediately as well as an additional discount on my account. They also opened up an investigation as to the practices of this cellular sales office. Don't shop at this store - you will be disappointed and scammed. Stay with official Verizon customer service.
