  I went here on 11/19/2017 around 6:30pm. The customer service was terrible on the shift manager's part. He came up behind me and hovered over my shoulder when I was putting in my pin number at check out. My friend that I was with asked the cashier about his gauges and if they were painful or not. The cashier explained a lot about his gauges and I got my item and receipt. As we walk toward the exit the Manager says "You can start off by using a hole puncher threw your ear" And he and the assoicate laugh. I turned around and said that's not funny. Hopefully they get fired. So unprofessional and rude.
