  Schedule appt online. The system had my date and time available. I tried calling the shop several times but no answer to ask a question. I showed up for the appt I scheduled but consultant was only 15 min late (no big deal) but she got out of her car and asked if she could help us. We advised her that we had an appt at 5:30 and she said that she has a 6pm appt and if we didn't receive confirmation of the appt, she couldn't help us. The young lady was very rude!! You would have thought that we would be mad because she was late and now telling us that we don't have an appt. She looked as if she was about to cry and have a nervous breakdown! She apologized and walked away to help her 6pm appt and was making it seem as if we were a problem! I've always shopped here in the past but service has gone down hill since the original owner passed. So sad that this place has been in our lives all this time and I will never visit again unless I see a "under new management sign!!" I don't believe in someone losing their job but the lady that was here tonight, needs to go back through training and learn customer service skills before being allowed to help anyone else!!!!

  Everyone was so friendly and wonderful! Jennifer helped me find my dress and she really took time to listen to what I was looking for and didn't pressure me into trying anything on that I didn't like. We had a private appointment and the entire shop to ourselves, which was really nice. My gown is absolutely perfect and I am so thankful!
